Hi, it's not the same as the B&T RTL-00 module. It's made by Pine64 and not completely compatible. It's the goal of Pine64 to have much better software and documentation support.
Well, than it looks at least very similar. And as far I see it, it uses the same chip. Would be nice to see/know the differences beside the name. Sadly, as @davedarko already mentioned, the buy link is still broken and I can not order one to compare them.

@al1 Pine64 has confirmed to me they buy link will start to work next week. They are currently working on completing the software and documentation.
