Free 3D Milling Software: CNFR33D

This project is the development of free, user friendly software for 3D milling on DIY CNC machines.

Similar projects worth following
The software I am developing will allow a user to load in a 3d file and select their settings and the program will build G-Code to mill the item. The idea is to have a milling equivalent to free 3D printing software like Cura which is easy to understand and use. It is currently being developed to work with 3D printer electronics using the Marlin firmware.

Interesting, how many axis do you want to integrate??

3 axis is common stuff, 4 would be great and 5 would be a total novelty !!

Excuse me, I do not fully understand! Do you mean, in most cases 3 axis is enough and only sometimes it´s enough to tilt the workpiece by 30-40° ?..?
