Simple enough, put an orange bright LED in a box and print a lid with some art in it right?
Wrong. Where is the fun in that? No microcontroller == no fun.
Throw in an RGB LED and an Attiny 85, a lightsensor and a pushbutton switch and now we are talking :D

I put it all on a small 30mm by 70mm PCB and designed a round box for it. The LED is located near the center of the box and the imagry in the lid is only on the one half of the circle since it most likely will be seated close to the wall somewhere.

The software right now is pretty basic; 3 modes: static orange full bright as long as its dark. Fireplacemode. and a random RGB flash mode. Got any cool ideas for what more i should put in the software please add a comment ;)
