We have a need to control simple 3.3V solenoid valves for liquid delivery.  Unfortunately these take ~200mA to trigger, so we can't cause them to open/close directly from digital pins of a microcontroller.  This small PCB was designed to route the 3.3V power line of a microcontroller (this can typically supply ~500mA) to the solenoid, dependent on the triggering of a digital pin.
