Press the rear plate into the main housing until the surfaces are flush. press correct bearing into plate.

to assemble turbine, press o ring into 3rd slot onto the input shaft. then drop turbine onto input shaft followed by another o ring.

press front turbine plate into turbine housing. followed by a bearing and a o ring in the 1st and 4th slot.

insert c clip into 5th slot and insert input pulley followed by a c clip in the 6th slot.

take the output shaft and insert a c clip into first slot. insert output pulley into shaft followed by c clip into second slot.

slide output shaft over generator shaft and insert cotter pin into slot. bend cotter pin into s shape to ensure lock position.

attach belt from input pulley to output pulley. 

attach front mounting plate to front turbine housing and generator.

attach rear plate to input and output shaft and insert c clips into input shaft slot 7 and output shaft slot 3.
