After using the thicker board is no easy to broke. and this week i worked on the coding for the motor can turn forward and reverse.  I find this website is very helpful  https://www.teachmemicro.com/use-l298n-motor-driver/# the table very easy to understand, 

 

at the beginning i can't find where is the ENA.  But after i ask Ron i know where is it just need to take out the small black cover.
