I got the boards a few weeks back and have been working hard on testing and problem solving. I still have a few problems and if you have worked with the ESP32 and wouldn't mind giving me a hand please let me know :)

While waiting for the board to arrive I took the time to design what I call a "Test Station" for the board.

Ordered 5 boards (almost) fully assembled. The picture below shows the final layout. The final version is 44x44mm.

Reworked the board and did the following changes:
- 24V board
- 60A peak current - new MOSFETs
- Dedicated logic ground plane and power ground plane
- 4 layer pcb, much better heat dissipation
- 2 mohm current sensing resistors
- Smaller footprint temperature sensor
- 3.3V 3A buck regulator
- Price should be a bit lower
- Swapped DRV8323 for DRV8305, 5V min voltage
- Bulk capacitance located above each half H-bridge

I swapped the DRV8353 for the DRV8323 because it has a lower minimum operating voltage of 6V instead of 9V, so I can potentially run the device with a 2S battery. The DRV8323 is also around 2 bucks cheaper and uses 1 less passive component.

I created a Github repo for the project. I haven't finished the board just yet, but fortunately it's pretty similar to the Janus Controller and I am using those currently to write code.
