11Car holder assemly
The car holder part acts as a sort of separation between the standard magnetic smartphone car holder and the sensor box. This is to ensure that the microphone port is not covered by the larger surface of the standard car holder.
Prepare printed car holder part and adhesive anti-slip silicone rubber bumpers (10 x 1.6 mm). Place and stick rubber bumpers into the prepared holes. Insert a neodymium magnet 10x10mm - Check the correct orientation of the magnet in relation to the magnet already inserted in the sensor housing. Insert a piece of aluminum foil to keep the magnet in its position. Place the metal sheet and secure it with two M2.5x16mm screws. The metal sheet is usually part of any ordinary magnetic smartphone car holder – you will just need to drill two holes in the position of the screws.
