After building and presenting here my last 2 " Tachyscope " project, tachyscope 1.0 and tachyscope CRT, I decided to build one with an circa 1970 laser tube, and 1920 vacuum tubes for the audio amplifier.
This is the result. An elctromechanical oscilloscope with a 12" diameter , 360' x 5 ' high sinewave display. Built again, in my steampunk style.
I use a small stepper motor for the galvanometer.
