Open your USB charger and remove the female usb with a soldering Iron and a pump, as usual.
Place instead the 12v plug wire and close the box.
That's all. Use the 12v plug as Led tester. Anode in the hole, cathode along the plug. Enjoy! ;D

If you search components here, you didn't understand a word of this tiny project.
I have a feeling this may blow up some LEDs depending on the output current of the supply, the current the LED can handle, and the voltage drop of the LED. Might want to toss a current limiting resistor in there.
With 1,8V leds, your idea is necessary. Précision is necessary.
