SPI Bus Master transfers chip select data to 74HC595 while SS line is High. For example B'01111111
would select CS0 after SS line taken low. While SS Line is High all SPI Slaves are deselected. This
Circuit will also allow Device to Device data transfer since Chip selects are programmable.
