Using a previous blog post 'Figuring out the IN-14 Nixie Tubes and Break-out Boards', I checked the pin numbers that relate to the display digits and probed the Tube-to-Pin Header connections with my Continuity Tester. From these tests, I noted the pinouts with the display digits for future reference.
