*the receiver is pre-installed with generally-used deciphering algorithms.
*special algorithms are used to detect the signal type and its respective deciphering algorithm
*post that the signal is tracked parallely to the pre-installed algo. and deciphering happens
*finally, a human readable data is obtained on a screen.
