Thinkpad x200 AFFS LCD mod
$34: HV121WX4-110 gloss (matte version is HV121WX4-120) lcd panel The panel came used from a touch device. I used an xacto knife to cut the touchglass/digitizer off, and then screwed the panel back into the x200 lcd brackets.
