Looking for somebody to help with a small project.

I am trying to collect X, Y positional data from 2 different sources with an arduino.

Hooking up 2 PS2 mice to an arduino to count clicks on the optical encoders as they move (ie, mouse position) is one possible solution.
Ultimately I would like to transmit this data (X1, Y1, and X2, Y2) wirelessly to a file.
I don't know if the easiest solution is to use two USB mice with something that has a USB host built in (like the Arduino Leonardo) or
using the PS2 mice and transmitting via bluetooth, or something else entirely different.
