It can not believe, I soldered all components .... slide switch to ON and LED shine :)

All at first attempt.

Some measurements
- Input voltage 1.5V
- Startup voltage 0.5V
- Frequency 260Khz
- Input current 36mA
- Output current 5mA through LED
- Output voltage without load 20V
