You can make your expansion-card like GPS, Radio etc and attach them. You can access all the ports of the pi and the back part is attached with 4 screw. It can hold a 4" or 3.5" touch screen. Also have a physical keyboard attached via USB. It don't need any custom image of Raspbian. You can use vanilla Raspbian and install the LCD driver, that's it.

This not another UMPC that you might think interesting and forget about it after a month.  This UMPC is one of a kind, this will fit in your PROJECT to improve it.

For Example you made a temperature monitoring of your room, Then you need a screen to show the temp on. mutantC can be use there.

Smae for your Home Automation, Program your MCU on the go, Garden monitoring, Solar Panel monitoring, Use it as controller for your RC car and So on.

All of this can be done using the mutantC because it has support for adding your custom extension. It have a full keyboard to code or giving cmd to your project.Make the extension and control your project. Then change the extension to fit yor another project.

mutantC uses regular 18650 rechargeable battery and you can charge it using the USB C port in the device. That battery can last 5 hours with light use.

Another interesting use of mutantC is YOU CAN RUN THE EXTENSION BORAD WITH OUT POWERING THE PI. That way you can make a Extension that can keep the log in the SD card and when you power up the mutantC to see the log. That way you can run the mutantC for 10 hours.
