      1. Take a scissor and cut the bottom part of a plastic bottle in order to make a Plastic Cup.
      2. Staple together 4 plastic cups to make one Organizer Level.
      3. Pile many organizer levels each on top of the others to make a Lab Organizer.

I use cardboard tp rolls for organizing smaller cables and wires:

strange that in comments the images seem to float left...

They're held together by a cardboard box about the same height as the rolls.
