Dynamic Interactivity Week 5
02/23/2019 at 06:40 • 0 comments- After discussing with Ron and Lin Yew regarding my final project, we have come to a different approach on tackling my project.
- Ron and Lin Yew introduced me to the Maki Robot for my reference which is an open source asset.
- For week 5, I am going to redesign the Maki Robot with my own touch whilst changing the design of the inner components like the servo holder, to make it fit the servos that we are using at the FabLab.
- I will have to import all the STL files into tinkercad to get the proper measurement before making any modifications to my work.
- I also measured the size of the servo that I will be using, as well as deciding on how many do I need for my final project.

Dynamic Interactivity Week 4
02/17/2019 at 07:05 • 0 comments- I worked on my final project more this week.
- I started learning more arduino coding too that are related to my project.
- I learned about servos and pings as well as using millis() instead of delay.
- I finalise my 3D model for my project prototype.

Dynamic Interactivy Week 3
02/13/2019 at 04:21 • 0 comments- I followed up on my “Shy Statue” project.
- I did more research on what material should I use for the project and also how to make it functional.
- I need to think of more possible interactions for users when interacting with the statue.
- Ron and Lin Yew asked me to consider how should the head/figurine react when more people are within the interactive range.
- Think and plan on how to promote the Dynamic Interactivity exhibition at the end of the semester.

Week 2 Dynamic Interactivity
01/25/2019 at 02:26 • 0 comments- More feed-backs were received to help push the idealization process forward.
- Several methods were proposed.
- A final idea must be selected for Week 3 in order to put all focus on that and to work on that for the rest of the semester.
- More brainstorming and idea sketches were done to visualize the idea before presenting for the final time next week.
- A final design sketch and material planning will be done in preparation for the final idea pitch.

2. A story was proposed along with how the installation might work with the idea.
3. Feedbacks from Lin Yew and Ronald Chua was received to aid in preparation for the next presentation.
4. Updates will be made from the feedbacks by both lecturers.
5. Several solutions and ideas for the installation concept will be proposed.
6. Basics to coding for Processing 3 were introduced in the following workshop after the theory lecture and introduction to the course.
