Jar of lights / Ikea lamp

Saw a jar in Ikea. Figured would make a good light fixture. Had to make it.

Thank you! I'm using the LED bulbs from Ikea. What country do you come from? I like the idea with a liqueur bottle. Mostly because I'd like to consume some too :D. Seriously though, you might be able to find a water pipe where the neck of the bottle fits in directly. That could be cool! :)

Pretty lamp! Great idea. I suppose any attractive glass jar should serve too.

Did you get the CFL from Ikea? Ikea in my country doesn't sell CFLs any more, they've moved on to LEDs. Doesn't affect your idea though. On the other hand strip LEDs might fit through a narrower neck so maybe I can consider elegant liqueur bottles. I just need an excuse to consume some. :)
