The PS21265-AP  is a 600volt 20-ampere intelligent power module that houses integrated power devices such as drivers, IGBT, inverter, and protection circuitry inside of a compact dual-in-line (DIL)  transfer-mold package which is found in small three-phase motors. This module has the 5th generation carrier stored trench-gate bipolar transistor CSTBT Chip Technology, DIP packaging, and High Voltage Integrated Circuits which enables the designer to reduce inverter size and overall design time of the PS21265-AP  module

Application 

 The intelligent power modules in the PS21265-AP creates cost efficiency in the overall design and was designed specifically for home appliance and low power industrial application such as three-phase motor control.

The PS21265-AP  comes with a current rating of 20A and a power dissipation of 52 watts. is primarily designed to control three-phase AC motors, permanent magnet motors, and variable speed drives like air conditioning, small servo motors, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. This electronic module is adapted for use in power applications, which need a very good thermal conduction, electrical isolation,  and overload protection.
