This is a vinyl with 12 LEDs
The LEDs light at a configurable speed, an in a random way.

The idea is that the ortoptist hold the vinyl in front of a patient.
He will be able to see the movement of the patient's eye.

The system use a Attiny 84 and a 1-10 decoder to light the LED and to read the speed swich.
