I need to write a proper log about this eventually, but essentially, for my A-Level results day a handful of years ago, I wanted to have a robot that mainly featured motorized spotlights that would pop out from the enclosure were synched to the music. 

The entire design looks like this...

...where the copper parts, containing very bright COB LEDs,  would move up/down and spin around...

...and there would be a strip of addressable LEDs on the top and bottom of the white box that reflected off the 45 degree slopes.

I only got this far in the 4 weeks I had. Disappointment from this and project situations like it is one of the factors that contributed to starting #Tetent [gd0090].
