DIY barbecue based on 200L barrel

During a mission at an industrial agri-food customer, I found a barrel of raspberry pulp at the company's waste disposal site.

Guaranteed without petroleum residues, I immediately thought of having a barbecue. Here are the design steps in pictures.

Such size of barbecue is far too expensive if you look among the most famous manufacturers, around 1000€ and more !

    Starting from a 200L drum, I designed the whole thing in Solidworks.

    Cutting tubes and barrel

    Thanks to excel sheet, lenght has been optimized to minimize number of losses.

    Tube lenght was 6 meter long.
