4Platform for Raman Probe Assembly V 01.0b
This is the draft drawing for the V 01.0b Platform with M4 setscrew which secures the Raman probe to the base of the platform. The holes on the platform are there on purpose for 2 reasons, 1 for cost savings on material when 3d printing and 2 they are 13mm in dia. which are standard for test tubes.

6Raman Probe Main assembly
This is the main assembly.
7Ø1" Dielectric-Coated Concave Mirror, 400 - 750 nm, f = 100 mm
This is a replacement for the flat reflective silver mirror. The reason for this change is I re-examined the original research paper: http://article.sapub.org/10.5923.j.jlce.20150304.02.html , and discovered a flaw, well several to be exact, and the reason they were having trouble resolving the whole spectrum (i.e., focus, was because one, the "flat" mirror introduces spectral aberrations, 2, it cannot focus and collimate the light properly.
So I am going to use the 01" concave mirror from my other spectrometer instead.
81st 3D Printed Part :) Rear Fiber Optic Port
This is the rear fiber optic port which houses the 100um slit and refocusing lens (if needed,)
The slit mount is secured in place with UV cured cement compound (Bondix)
You may be able to see in the above image on the far right, the slot on the Ocean optics slit mount. I had to slightly modify it so it would fit snuggly in the fiber mount's right hand tab.
9Re-Designed Raman Probe Assembly
This is an optional design change I made because the 532nm Raman edge filter is difficult to find on Ebay for the $165.00 price tag, and Thunder optics seems to be the only source and they are not very reliable. So over @ Edmunds Optics, I found a Notch filter ( https://www.edmundoptics.com/optics/optical-filters/notch-filters/532nm-25mm-diameter-od-4-notch-filter/ ) that will work just fine, more expensive, but a reliable source.
I had to widen the slot to accomodate the notch filter which is 5mm thickness, the Raman edge filter was only 3.5mm thickness, so either probe design will work, the rectangular or this new cylindrical design.
