Description

Low cost, low power, sophisticated IoT platforms using COTS products.

Components

  • 2 × Arduino Pro Micro ATmega32U4 3.3V 16Mhz Base board for LoRa sensors.
  • 1 × Raspberry Pi 2 Model B Data Cocentrator
  • 1 × TP-Link TL-WR703N Wireless Access Point
  • 3 × Wireless SX1278 LoRa Module, 433Mhz, 3.3V LoRa wireless module to be used in the wireless sensors.

No - this is not a wearable like the one you link to. LoRa is a LPWAN protocol, check it out: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lorawan
