By that, do you mean connecting them in series? if so, how is that supposed to work? I see no isolation on your pcb, so the supplies probably share ground, so attempting to connect them in series will simply short out one of the channels...

Yes  you're correct, had not though through. It will not work, will correct it. Have just sent the board to fab for a proto. Thanks!
