Was... I think Billy pulled a Clapton on us and burnt out. But yeah, I've got shirts from the Siamese Dream, MCIS and Adore tours.

wicked, I was only fortunate enough to see them on the 2007 reunion tour and the 2008 20th anniversary tour. I sort of dig some of the new stuff but its nothign like Siamese Dream man.

Thank you for the skull. There are some amazing projects on this site; I'm constantly surprised that my efforts are worth a glance in such a context. Happy Hacking!

You seem to have a lot of input on the audio-related articles - are you a musician?

Are you sure? [yes] / [no]

Benchoff wrote 5 months ago point

I'm going to go with failed aspiring musician on that question.

We do have an actual, real, plays-in-a-symphony musician - Mike. He plays horn.

Hey Brian, I saw a lot of discussion (on an unrelated article) about the Toner Transfer Method of home PCB manufacture so I thought I would suggest these links -
http://ultrakeet.com.au/write-ups/makepcbs
http://ultrakeet.com.au/write-ups/superFuserV2
Most of the complaints can be solved with these products mentioned in the links above -
http://www.pcbfx.com/main_site/pages/products/toner_foils.html
And this product make the process fairly easy but is a little more expensive -
http://www.pcbfx.com/main_site/pages/products/transfer_paper.html

I tried the link for tips but it was an old protocol with an '@' symbol in it. I guessed that it wasn't BASIC_AUTH as it had no http. I vaguely remember the protocol form the 'old days' when people used Arduino's instead of 555's. the TLDR is that I don't have a client app to support that old protocol on this computer.

I am still trying to get a hobby workshop together. I have the stuff in the links above, general soldering tools, a logic analyzer, a good smattering of uC, CPLD, FPGA, SRAM, RAMDAC, discretes, programmers. I am still waiting on a Xilinx programmer, ARM DSO, 555's and I have to build another iron as I am not happy with the one I bought. It can donate the case though. All on a budget so it takes time. Getting there slowly.

Just send an email to team@hackaday.com. We'll go from there. If you have any advice for shipping to Brazil, that would be helpful.
