That's actually really interesting, I hadn't considered how "gross" motion capture systems wouldn't be able to see fine movements of the hands. I've always though that our hands and the ability to interact with the world with precision is what made us what we are as a species. Being able to capture that with equal precision is pretty important stuff. Good work here.
And thanks for taking the time to post. I'll see if I can get a daily post together on this one.
