For this project I chose to use the PoKeys microcontroller with PoSensors board. To represent the room temperature and humidity I chose to use standard LEDs of various colors. I first set up and wired the components using protoboard. To see if every component works, I used the PoKeys application. To program how it works (comfort levels 40-70% RH and 21-25°C) I used the PoBlocks application. Programming isn't really needed, you just place and connect the right blocks and upload a diagram to PoKeys microcontroller. At the local hardware store I found a cheap housing, which was perfect for my project. It's modularity enables me to repair or change broken parts without replacing the whole device.
