When we were sure about every feature in our design we started the 3D printing. It took us almost 17 hours to achieve our goal, but the wait was worth it.
3D printing is a good candidate. There may be some precision limitations to consider. Also it may be hard to create small features accurately. These can only be figured out by testing various materials.
Now comes the fun parts creating a 3D PCB. With Fusion 360 integration with EAGLE that’s a matter of a few clicks. This is not a 2D PCB to 3D tutorial refer to the many tutorials and videos for that on your own.
