Things I've Built

Wood Burner Controller

Using a Netduino 2 Plus, some fancy PID loops, High temperature NTC's, Servers, custom made dampers, and a touch screen, I build a really nice unit capable of maintaining a constant firebox temperature with a laundry list of extra functionality.

Hi,  I would like to build a 360 scanner.  At first I though about toroid slip rings but they are way too expensive.  How did you fabricate your gears.  Any templates you can share?  Also, I'm curious why you mounted two scanners.  Wouldn't one be enough?

Thanks, Bob
