Implantable medical device engineer by day, dad and hardware hacker 24/7.
Simple hydrogen-line radiotelescope that I built with my daughter Shanni (also a hacker on <a href="http://HaD.io"; target="_blank">HaD.io</a>). Instead of a dish we used a loop Yagi array for the 1420 MHz band. Patient scanning yielded a beautiful picture of the Milky Way at the H line.
DIY experimental QP. Projects described in book I wrote with my daughter Shanni (also a hacker on HaD.io): D. Prutchi and S.R. Prutchi, Exploring Quantum Physics through Hands-On Projects, 335 pages, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Hoboken, NJ, 2012.
