Who I Am

I started on technology at a young age, being born right into the middle of the age of the technological and communication revolution of the late 1980′s. I had the opportunity to grow at the same time technology really grew. I think my curiosity may have begun at a very young age, as my mother would say, I was taking things apart since I was old enough to turn a screwdriver. Not that I got things back together too often, but my curiosity often led me to trying to figure out how things work.

I recently came across a deal on ebay for a low cost Bluetooth / Wifi enabled trail cam and decided, it might be worth a look.

After receiving the item, I was less than pleased with the functionality and the need to use the very poorly designed app. So I did what any hacker would do with no free time and too many projects on the back burner already... Start another project to see what I could do with a little reverse engineering and code!

Hey, thanks for Skulling my project (http://projects.hackaday.com/project/338-Cumulus-Wireless-Sensor-Platform). Maybe we can just connect both projects and make cumulus and securityPi just one thing? I think that would be smart and cool :) What language is it programmed in? I use C/C++, Python and JavaScript.
