The first assembly programs I wrote ran on the 6502 (starting with Conway's Game of Life). The first Forth I ever saw ran on a 6502. My first compiler I wrote in UCSD Pascal on a 6502. Keep up the tradition :-)

An excellent choice! Writing a compiler for the 6502 is no mean feat, so well done. Conway's Life remains fascinating. We posted about it here:

My version of Life very simple compared to http://forum.6502.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4293 :-) The biggest feat those days was Apple Pascal, I'd say.
