Hi Pierre, thanks for your support on my project with Polapi using a pi zero board and nano printer. I ultimately ran into a dead end with the camera starting and stopping when I run the program. At this point I am going to redo without using the piTft viewfinder using a CUPS, but if you happen to come across any ideas, please let me know. Thanks. Marco

Hi Marco,
Sorry for the delay, I received the PiZero only yesterday. I found the camera works only with the last raspbian release, which is probably different of the one built for the PiFTF for the moment.
I'm facing some piZero strange behavior when I want to configure a wifi usb key. I'll try to solve that and let you know if I can get at least the printer and the camera working.

Cheers !

Hi Muth, you need to edit /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf and add

network={

SSID= "NETWORK NAME"

psk= "password"

}

in order to access wifi.

I was able to get the camera to work by doing rpi-update using

sudo SKIP_KERNEL=1 rpi-update

Now I am getting camera preview when I boot up but still getting camera end. When I do raspistill i get mmal: failed ENOSPC message.

Do you have an updated jar file reflecting any updates? Thanks

Merci pour le follow pour le dev board d'imagerie par ultrasons - et surtout félicitations pour le boulot autour du thermal printer, ca m'a motivé pour en essayer un =)

Pierre. It works!

I'd like to thank you for your amazing support! I have a working camera to fascinate my children this christmas! The alternate jar files worked a treat.
